Why Cebu?
Cebu offers something genuinely extraordinary: the chance to swim alongside whale sharks (the world's largest fish) in their natural habitat. Add world-class diving, a sardine run you can snorkel through, turquoise island-hopping, and some of the Philippines' best food — all within striking distance of the main city.
